A Summer Field Trip With Tama Matsuoka Wong
A field trip in the most literal sense:
There are just a few tickets left for tomorrow’s field trip, with Foraged Flavors author and James Beard award winner, Tama Matsuoka Wong. Join her as she takes you on a journey through the world of weeds, shrubs, and all things forageable. You’ll begin your day at Terrain at Styer’s in Glen Mills, leave on a bus to a field, where you’ll learn about and discover ingredients you had no issues stomping on in the past, then return to the café at noon for a cocktail and lunch prepared using everything you’ve found.
The trip (which starts at 10 am), plus lunch is $80, and lunch by itself is just $30. There are about a dozen seats left for the trip, so don’t waste any time getting your ticket. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your spot.
