Tattooed Mom Rolls Out Their New Taco of the Month: The Aloha al Pastor

With April comes the unveiling of a new Taco of the Month for Tattooed Mom. This month sees the return of the wildly popular Aloha al Pastor–pork shoulder braised with pineapple and chipotle, topped with black bean and corn salsa. The tacos will run you $1.50 a pop and are available every Tuesday this month.
