Sbraga Announces 2013 Chefs Counter Tasting Menu Schedule

Breakfast For Dinner, Philly Tailgate, Veggies Only, Feast of the Seven Fishes–those were a few of the inspirations that shaped Kevin Sbraga’s last round of tasting menus at his eponymous (and award-winning) restaurant. But now Mr. Top Chef has come out with a whole new spread which will take us from April (where he’ll kick off with a Spring Menu Preview) all the way through ’til December.

The way the monthly chef-counter tastings work is this: They’re six courses, prix fixe, priced at $75 (with an optional $50 beverage pairing), and served at the short counter in front of the open kitchen–often by chef Kevin Sbraga himself. They’re frequently weird, sometimes challenging, almost always awesome, and if you have the means you should totally check one out.
