Chicago Chef Joncarl Lachman Opening Noord on East Passyunk

Joncarl Lachman is coming home to Philadelphia and opening Noord, a Dutch BYOB on Passyunk Avenue. Lachman had originally considered Winkel for the name but as he told the Passyunk Post, “No one was loving the Winkel name (except me),”

The restaurant will be located at 1046 Tasker Street, opposite the upcoming new location of Fond. Fond is aiming to open in its new space by Thanksgiving.
