Fountainhead Saloon Coming to East Passyunk

Gordon Dinerman of Birra is doubling down on East Passyunk Avenue. Just yesterday he displayed plans to neighbors for The Fountainhead Saloon at 1537 South 11th Street. The concept will be an upscale burger spot, in the spirit of Village Whiskey. The spot will seat 35 inside with an additional 18 outside.

If all goes according to plans, the spot will be serving burgers in less than six months.
