Bistrot LaMinette Hosting Beer Dinner

What do you call it when a French bistro hosts a beer dinner featuring English-style beers? Yards Brewing’s Steve Mashington suggests, French Bistro upgrades to British Beer! Zing. We’re going with Entente Cordiale, an early 20th Century agreement between England and France. On Wednesday, December 7th Bistrot LaMinette is pairing four courses of its French food with beer from Yards Brewing. The $45 per person dinner seeks to bring French food and English-style beers into harmony.
