Frankford Hall Winterizes, Burgerizes

What do you do when you have a beer garden and winter is right around the corner (though today’s weather is wonderful)? Frankford Hall, which is still a rather large space even without its outdoor area, is upping its food offerings. Chef Jim Davidson who has been at Butcher & Singer has added several new appetziers and most notably a whole new burger section to the menu.

Burger highlights include:

  • The Little Lamb Burger, a spiced Colorado lamb patty, lemon tzatziki, cucumber, tomato jam.
  • The Ultimate Poutine, a dry-aged beef patty, fontina fries and foie gravy.
  • The Raw, tomato tartare, iceberg cup and arugula.

To kick off the new items, Frankford Hall will be offering $3 half- liter draft beers with purchase of any burger or sausage Monday through Thursday this week and next.
