Punk Rock Italian Beer Dinner at Fish

This Tuesday, June 21st Mike Stollenwerk and Fish are welcoming Italian brewmaster Iacopo Lenci for a special dinner.

Limited to 30 diners, the $80 Fish/Brùton Brewery six-course dinner  will pair these seldom seen beers with the likes of King Crab,  wild boar and salmon.

Lenci, who will be working the room is an interesting guy. He comes from a prominent wine-making family in Italy but is a bit of a rebel as he is known for hosting punk rock bands at his brewpub in Tuscany.

Among the beers included are:

  • Bianca
  • Brùton di Brùton
  • Lilith
  • Momus
  • Stone R
