Kevin Sbraga Picks a Spot

Top Chef winner Kevin Sbraga has been living the high life since winning the grand prize on the Bravo TV show. Following his Twitter feed reveals a man who’s been constantly on the go (he was just at the French Laundry two days ago) but now he has a restaurant spot of his own. After a week of rumors Michael Klein confirms that Sbraga will be opening at Broad and Broad and Pine, the former location of Chew Man Chu.

The concept is still under development but may consist of $45 prix fixe dinners and a la carte at the bar.
