Who Is Going to Be at Tonight’s Night Market
The heat threatens to temper some of the enthusiasm for tonight’s Night Market at 39th and Market but we’re prepping with lots of water so we can weather the weather and check out all the good food.
We lunched at Honest Tom’s yesterday and he’s committed to not running out of food during the four hour food fest. That he can see the site of the market from his house/prep kitchen should help. Honest Tom’s will be selling fish tacos and plantain tacos tonight.
Tyson Bee’s made it a short day yesterday just to prep for tonight so they should be ready as well.
We’re also excited to try the Nomad Pizza truck, wood-fired pizza from a truck! Nomad also is coming to Philadelphia on a permanent basis when they take over the Horizons building on 7th Street.
Of course we’re also excited for the beer garden at Blockley. Boxcar, Ithaca, Troegs, Victory and Yards will all available to quench your thirst.
