Tonight: Embrace the Heat

It’s hot, we know. But please refrain from saying things like, “hot enough for you” or “it’s a hot one.” These were actual statements we’ve overheard the past couple days. Instead say things like, “it’s going to be like a blow torch in your face.” Yes, that’s how you talk about the heat.

Tonight though, ignore the heat and humidity. There’s way to much going on to worry about melting. Even before Growler King posted his suggested itinerary “for the win,” we were considering a route that would include happy hour at JG Domestic, food at the Night Market followed by checking out the 35 Victory beers on tap at City Tap House. Then we were thinking of taking advantage of the El and swinging down to Fishtown for the IPA Dance Party at Johnny Brenda’s.
