Cantina Feliz got a very nice two-bell review from Craig LaBan but as is LaBan’s wont, he smacked them for the noise levels where he noted that the noise can hit 92 decibels without a full room. So Cantina Feliz is installing acoustic tiles in the front and back dining rooms in order to bring the noise level down 25%. Chef Tim Spinner will be monitoring the success with an iPhone based decibel reading app.

Verdad in Bryn Mawr is extending their Monday meal deal through June. It’s $20 for three-courses picked from the left side of the menu. Seems like the perfect bite before taking in a movie at the Bryn Mawr Film Institute next door.
