Akiko Moorman who was to be on the staff at Speck is going to be hosting a fundraiser for Japan tonight at the not-quite-open Rotisseur at 21st and Chestnut. The $75 per person meal will feature a taste of what might have been in Northern Liberties and all the money goes to relief efforts. Tuesday Night Zama is offering a benefit dinner for Japan. The six-course dinner will cost $100 per person with all the proceeds going to the American Red Cross. [UWISHUNU]

Zama’s Hiroyuki Tanaka will be teaming up with the Eagles’ Winston Justice and Elixr Coffee on Friday, April 1st with a silent auction. [The Feast]

Maru Global Takoyaki is offering several options to help those devastated by the Japanese earthquake and tsunami. 15% of delivery orders will got to Japan relief. At the storefront there is a Red Cross donation box and six limited edition t-shirts for $15 ($10 of which goes to the Red Cross). [City Paper]
