A Wheely Cool Addition to Memphis Taproom

It’s not a food truck in the traditional sense, but Fishtown’s Memphis Taproom has acquired… a food truck. It will be permanently parked in the beer garden (pictured) adjacent to the restaurant. The truck will serve hot dogs with a variety of toppings, their famous fried pickles and cans of craft beer. “It’s been a really fun challenge,” to pick out which cans they’ll carry, Memphis co-owner Leigh Maida wrote in an email, “there are so many great craft breweries using cans now!”

The truck and the beer garden will both debut on Memphis’ third anniversary, Saturday, April 23.
