NBC has rolled out The Feast, a new site in select cities focusing on food, shopping and entertainment. In Philadelphia former Phoodie guy Collin Flatt is the Eat editor and Marcos Espinoza (Fidel Gastro of our Top Chef recaps) is a contributor.
