Phiz Fest is November 18th
The third annual Phiz Fest is taking place on Thursday, November 18th from 6 to 8:30pm at the Bellevue. More than a dozen local restaurants will be pairing up sparkling wines and Champagne with dishes. The $49 tickets benefit the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
