Blackfish & Bibou Chefs to Collaborate
Bibou’s chef Pierre Calmels andÂ chef Chip Roman of Blackfish will be collaborating for a five-course $75 dinner on Monday, November 29th at Blackfish in Conshohocken.
The menu has not been finalized but we imagine it will be pretty phenomenal.
