Sycamore Adds Fall Dishes
Sycamore has been rolling out fall dishes over the past few weeks. Last week it was:
- Red Wine Braised Short Rib
Stilton mashed potatoes - Daily Pan Seared Fish
with Chorizo Cassoulet - Seared Sea Scallops
Crispy Masala onions, local apple chutney and Cauliflower purée

- Wild Boar Shoulder
Braised with oranges, prunes and Juniper. With Caraway red cabbage and root vegetable mash - Stuffed Crepe
Maple sweet potato and ricotta filling, topped with Brussels sprouts, chestnuts and Chanterelles, with roasted onion cream
