Sycamore Adds Fall Dishes

Sycamore has been rolling out fall dishes over the past few weeks. Last week it was:

  • Red Wine Braised Short Rib
    Stilton mashed potatoes
  • Daily Pan Seared Fish
    with Chorizo Cassoulet
  • Seared Sea Scallops
    Crispy Masala onions, local apple chutney and Cauliflower purée

And there is more this week.

  • Wild Boar Shoulder
    Braised with oranges, prunes and Juniper. With Caraway red cabbage and root vegetable mash
  • Stuffed Crepe
    Maple sweet potato and ricotta filling, topped with Brussels sprouts, chestnuts and Chanterelles, with roasted onion cream
