What’s Next for Kevin Sbraga?

So now that Kevin Sbraga has been crowned Top Chef we have to wonder what’s next for the Willingboro native, besides a raised profile and dizzying media appearances. It seems clear that Sbraga wants his own restaurant. Just a month ago he was checking out locations in South Jersey and today Dan Gross has word that he’s looking for a “20-to-40- seat restaurant. Very high-end” in Rittenhouse Square or Washington Square West.

How intriguing.
