We Have a ‘Top Chef’!
Congrats to Jersey native, chef Kevin Sbraga, who won the seventh season of Top Chef last night. Sbraga gave notice from his post as executive chef of Rat’s Restaurant in Hamilton, New Jersey mid-season, leading some viewers to speculate that he had won the culinary competition (looks like they were right). The Inquirer reports that Sbraga watched the finale at a private viewing party at Osteria. As the winner, Sbraga scores $125,000, plus various other prizes.
