Tonight, Crab Week Kicks Off


Fish, which was named Best New Restaurant by Philadelphia Magazine is hosting Crab Week through August 5th.

Snow, King, Blue and Dungenous crabs will be available  steamed and served with Old Bay butter.

Grape Gazpacho w/ King Crab & Marcona Almond

Crab Claws [garlic, lemon, chilé]

Peeky Toe Crab [avocado, cucumber]

Crab Pierogies [chanterelle, smoked ham, peas]

Soft Shell Crab [roasted beet, local chard, whole grain Dijon]

Halibut w/ Blue Crab [white corn, fregola, chorizo vinaigrette]

Striped Bass in Spiced Crab Broth [smashed red bliss, tomato confit]

Fish’s signature oysters will be available throughout Crab Week.
