Garces Trading Company Introduces Brunch

Garces Trading Company —an amalgam of a PLCB wine shop, a gourmet market, a food court, and a fancy-casual restaurant — is adding weekend brunch to its ambitious scope. Every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the multi-concept spot will serve a menu of GTC favorites (like deep dish pizza), as well as a three-course $25 prix-fixe brunch menu. The prix-fixe includes classic brunch fare like poached eggs (served in luxurious Garces fashion, with hot smoked pastrami, pain au lait, and whole grain mustard hollandaise) and breakfast pastries, and comes with a non-alcoholic drink.
