Three Bells for Garces Trading Co.
Craig LaBan weighs in on Garces Trading Co. as a market, restaurant and of course as a lightning rod of PLCB controversy. But it is really the restaurant that impresses the Inquirer’s food critic.
The entire enterprise is uniquely ambitious in its multipronged scope – and some aspects, such as the market, house-cured charcuterie, and pastry cafe, have equals around town.
