Thursday Beer Week Picks

We’ve spoken to a bunch of beleaguered beer reps over the past few days who have been running themselves ragged over the past 6 days. But for consumers, it’s been a lot of fun. Here are some of today’s highlights:

• Dunk a Philly beer celebrity at London Grill right now.
• Philly Beer Geek Finals are at the Manayunk Brewery and Restaurant this evening.
• It’s a Golden Monkey fueled dance party at P.Y.T.
• Saison Du Buff, the collaboration of Dogfish, Victory and Stone gets a showing at Kite and Key.
• Sly Fox is being featured during happy hour at Chifa.
• We love the idea that there’ll be a mechanical bull at Percy Street Barbecue. That there’s smoked beer and all-you-can-eat brisket sandwiches makes it better.
• The ladies of IPA are hosting their dance party at Johnny Brenda’s this evening.
