Peek Inside of The Diving Horse
The Diving Horse, a new seasonal BYOB from Pub & Kitchen owners Dan Clark, Ed Hackett and chef Jonathan Adams opened its doors on Tuesday in Avalon, NJ. Curious to see what the seafood-centric restaurant looks like without having to jump on the Garden State Parkway? The Restaurant Club has you covered.
The new 70-seat spot, which takes its name from Atlantic City’s legendary diving horse, features a breezy “modern farmhouse” feel complete with reclaimed tabletops, church pews, vintage yellow pine flooring, and outdoor deck seating. See the interior of the Diving Horse here.
Chef Jonathan Adams’ menu, fitting for the Shore, is seafood-focused and will vary with availability, but expect to see locally sourced fare like New Jersey fluke served with mushroom conserva and Barnegat scallops with lemon pearl pasta.
