Truck Talk

We’ve certainly been enjoying all the new food trucks springing up around town, so much so that we hope Truck Talk can become a regular feature.

A pimped-out new coffee truck has landed in University City along 38th Street at Locust Walk. Mojo Gourmet Coffee is serving up New Orleans roast coffee and a menu of breakfast goodies and panini specialties like Prosciutto, egg and cheese. Mojo has all the social media accessories to be a food truck, web site, Facebook page and of course Twitter.

According to BROG, who blogs about town, Bebe’s Barbecue is getting into the truck business with the purchase of an old Tastykake truck. There’s a truck worth tailgating. [BROG]

Update: The Mojo Coffee Truck has moved its location. It is now at the corner of 38th and Spruce. They’ve also got a coupon on their web site for a free iced coffee or tea with the purchase of lunch. Meal Ticket has some more on the story.
