Adopt a Bike Rack

Hey restaurant or bar owner, the Streets Department has an Adopt-a-Rack program that provides a city installed u-shaped bike rack to people that accept maintenance for the rack. With the removal of parking meters from the street it has gotten downright difficult to lock up bikes near some of our favorite establishments.
