Tale of the Tape: Ranstead Room
When Stephen Starr’s El Rey opens this weekend it will be coming with a companion project, the Ranstead Room, a 36-seat cocktail lounge with a cocktail list by New York’s acclaimed mixologist, Sasha Petraske.

- The Sands Cocktail, gin, grapefruit and lemon juices, maraschino liqueur
- Cocktails will feature hand-cut ice, house-made mixers and fresh-squeezed juices
