P&K & Pumpkin
Ian Maroney from Pumpkin and Jonathan “Johnny Mac” Adams of Pub & Kitchen are collaborating this week on a couple of spring dinners.
The first dinner is tomorrow night at Pumpkin where the two chefs and friends will collaborate on a 4-course $40 dinner at Pumpkin, the South Street BYOB. Then on Thursday they are back at it with a 3-course, $35 dinner at Pub & Kitchen.

Scallop tartare, chilled pea soup, squid ink, pea tendrils
Uni risotto, bottarga, chili, rice chip

Thursday at Pub and Kitchen, $35
