Stocks at Spinal Tapas

On Saturday, April 24th Spinal Tapas is hosting Take Stock of Your Culinary Fundamentals, a cooking class at Philly Kitchen Share.

Veteran culinary instructor Tim McGinnis will be instructing his students on the intricacies of knife skills, deboning a chicken, roasting bones and the characteristics of a well made stock. The students will enjoy the fruits of their labor by using stock to make a rustic chicken noodle soup.

The 4pm class costs $40 and tickets are available online.
