Have no fear, “A Pig & Its Parts isn’t an ungulate anatomy lesson but rather a pork-centric dinner set for James on Sunday, March 7th.
The four-course meal costs $60 per person and contains everything from porcini stuffed trotters to a dessert of bacon brittle.
