Yards Dinner At Derek’s


Owner Derek Davis and chef de cuisine Josh Sobel are hosting Yards Brewing founder and brewmaster Tom Kehoe at a beer dinner at Derek’s on Wednesday, October 21st at 7pm.

It’s 4-courses and 4 beers for $50.

Second course

grilled head on shrimp
butternut squash risotto, basil emulsion, fried sage

roast pork loin

lavender thyme crust, sweet potato ravioli, swiss chard, fall spiced brown butter

Fourth course

white chocolate gelato float
white chocolate gelato, almond brittle, amarena cherries
