Michael Klein has some restaurant shuffling news, which seems to be Philadelphia restaurateurs way of dealing with the economy.
Long time Center City spot, Genji is gone from 1720 Sansom, replaced by Kin Gyo. Aoi at 1210 Walnut Street has sold its “o” and next week will become Aki. Klein calls the interior, “dazzling.” [The Insider]
