Distrito Is Off The Hook

OK so we toured Jose Garces’ Neverland Ranch, umm we mean Distrito Friday afternoon. The place is as much a playground as it is a restaurant with features like a Volkswagen bug to dine in, hidden karaoke room, rotating banquettes, swing benches, plastic scorpions embedded in the bar and a crane game where you can win wrestling figurines. How come the Penn kids get to have all the fun?
