(1) the tandoori chicken, succulent legs and thighs roasted in Karmaâ€™s clay oven to a lusty red char; (2) the dal tarka, yellow lentils split and simmered to a creamy porridge, excellent sopped up with Karmaâ€™s pancakey naan; and (3) the price, $10, all you can eat. Of course, nobody should be eating all they can eat, but Indian food just brings out the pre-op Randy Jackson in us. Another gulab jamun, dawg.
