Blue In Green, the well remembered breakfast spot that once had locations in Old City and on Jewelers Row is coming back! This time it will be a tenant in Tony Goldman’s White Building at 12th and Chestnut. No word on an exact opening date or whether they’ll still have their unadvertised pancake special.
