Saturday Night Paella

On Saturday nights Bar Ferdinand cooks up paella right on the sidewalk and this Saturday it will be a bigger deal as it will be the one year anniversary of the Northern Liberties Tapas restaurant.

The chef ladles in stock and olive oil, drops in chorizo, chicken, sofrito (garlic, onions, tomatoes), rice and more stock. It’s cooked till it develops a great crust and gets topped with shellfish.
