Quench - Mojito Cocktail Dinner
On Wednesday, June 27th, GiGi will be hosting tapas paired with 4 flavored mojitos for $45. There will be two seatings, the first from 6 to 6:30 PM and the second from 8 to 8:30 PM.

FIRST ROUND
Choice of Bacardi Traditional Mojito paired with Ceviche de Salmon – wild salmon with red onion, jalapeno, parsley & cucumber granita
or
Warm Avocado Salad – puff pastry topped with fresh tomato, avocado & smoked gouda cheese, cilantro lime vinaigrette
OR
Bacardi Raspberry Mojito paired with Beet & Endive Salad – poached red beets, spicy crumbled walnuts, blue cheese dressing, endive & lola rosa
or
Guava Brie Crostini – toasted almonds, frisse lettuce, jerez sherry vinaigrette

SECOND ROUND
Choice of Bacardi Blood Orange Mojito paired with Cuban Pork Slider – seasoned pulled pork, sweet potato fries
or
Beef Tartar – beef tossed in a citrus thyme vinaigrette, sunchoke chips, truffle aioli
OR
Bacardi Cosmojito paired with Almejas Rejenos -large cherry stone clam filled with applewood bacon, croissant breadcrumbs & foie gras
or
Tuna Carpaccio – fennel salad, curry vinaigrette

THIRD ROUND
Choice of Bacardi Pomegranate Mojito paired with Tamarind Braised Pork Belly – tamarind jus

Cabro ala Grillo – sazon-marinated lamb chop, lyones potatoes

Bacardi Watermelon & Basil Mojito paired with Arroz con Pollo – chicken breast stuffed with saffron rice, chorizo & manchego cheese
