New Classes At Tria Fermentation School

The always interesting Tria Fermentation School has just announced more classes for this Spring.

Classes are 1 1/2 hours and cost between $40 and $50.

Among the highlights:

  • Beer of the Goat, a bock beer tasting with Brian O’Reilly, Brewmaster at Sly Fox Brewing Company.
  • Classic Pairings, Tria’s Wine Director shares the secrets of great wine and cheese marriages through both classic and modern pairings.
  • Fair Weather Fromage, Liz Thorpe of Murray’s will delve into the seasonal nature of artisanal cheese.
