The Courier Post ventures into Northern Liberties for a look at Copper Bistro. Adam Erace finds the bistro has certainly improved since its openings although some missteps remain.
Copper stands apart from its BYOB counterparts: the pressed white tablecloths; the complimentary amuse bouche; co-owner and maitre d’ Jason Serock patrolling two dining rooms in a tailored ebony suit. It’s a little shot of Le Bec formality at the gravelly mouth of Northern Liberties.
