Three New Classes At Tria


The Tria Fermentation Classroom has added three new classes to their original roster.

On October 18th, Sam Calagione of Dogfish Head will discuss and more importantly pour some of Dogfish’s extreme beers including two made from ancient recipes discovered by University of Pennsylvania archaeologists.

On November 1st, get High Elevation Wines from Down Under and on November 14th, Spanish Dairy Rising takes you beyond Manchego and introduces you to the fine cheeses of Spain.
