Rounding Up This Fall’s Restaurant Openings

Kirsten Henri runs down this Fall’s restaurant openings.

Daniel Stern of Gayle is set to open Rae this December, his 6,000 square foot bi-level location at Cira Centre.

The former Salt and Out of the Blue is getting another restaurateur, Jonathan Makar, former general manager of Marigold Kitchen is looking to serve “progressive bar food.”

The second Tria is set to open at 12th and Spruce in February and in October expect their beer, wine and cheese school to open near Rittenhouse Square.

And maybe most excitingly, Jose Garces of Amada is preparing an October opening for his Spanish wine bar Tinto, which will feature small dishes from the Spanish Basque region.
