Farm To Fork At The Tortilla Press
Tonight the South Jersey Hot Chefs and The Tortilla Press present a “Farm to Fork” dinner with Flaim Farms of Vineland.

The 5 course prix fix dinner for $45.00 (includes tax and gratuity) in which each course centers around a product grown at Flaim Farms in Vineland, NJ.
Farmer Kevin Flaim and Chef Mark Smith will preface each course with how the food is grown, harvested and prepared. Recipes will also be available.

Squash Blossom soup with cilantro oil garnish.
Fresh Flaim Farms vegetable escabeche salad with extra virgin olive oil drizzle & papalo dandelion leaves.
Fire grilled white shrimp with roasted grape tomato
pico de gallo. Served with chorizo studded red and black Rice.
Pan roasted breast of chicken with rajas poblano, roasted tomatillo, garlic & chipotle salsa with twin cheese & onion enchiladas verde. Served with baked jersey tomatoes stuffed with cotija cheese & sautéed vegetables in a fresh tomato & jalapeño sauce.
Raspberry and peach salsa served over creamy vanilla bean ice cream in cinnamon flour tortilla cups. Topped with fresh whipped cream and caramel pecan halves.
