Valley Eye Professionals is a comprehensive ophthalmology practice that provides University level care in a convenient suburban location. Our practice has Wills Eye trained doctors that provide subspecialty care in cataracts, cornea, glaucoma, and oculoplastics(eyelid and cosmetic surgery). We also provide routine eye care with an easily accessible optical shop.
Comprehensive medical and surgical eye care, with a concentration on cataracts, cornea and external disease. I perform cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, laser refractive treatment(LASIK/PRK), as well as many in office laser treatments. I also treat common conditions like dry eye and eye infections.
Our office offers routine eye care with glasses and contact lenses, glaucoma surgical care, cosmetic services such as Botox and Fillers, and eyelid surgery.

Dr. Halfpenny completed her residency at Wills Eye Hospital where she was selected as Chief Resident in her final year. She went on to pursue a fellowship in Cornea, Refractive Surgery and Uveitis at The Proctor Foundation/UCSF. Before returning to Philadelphia, she served as the Residency director at The Krieger Eye Institute in Baltimore. Since returning to the Philadelphia area, she has been on staff at Wills Eye training the next generation of ophthalmologists in medical and surgical care.
