Eagles-Ravens Inactives: Birds To Start Fifth-String Right Tackle

The rookie will make his first NFL start at tackle.

BALTIMORE — Rookie Isaac Seumalo will start at right tackle with Allen Barbre (hamstring) inactive for the Eagles’ game against the Ravens, the team announced. The third-round pick is the fifth right tackle Carson Wentz has had to play behind this season.

Darren Sproles (concussion), Halapoulivaati Vaitai (knee), Paul Turner, Dwayne GratzTaylor Hart and Steven Means are also inactive. Sproles will miss his first game of the season after being injured on an illegal hit when fielding a punt against Washington.

As for the Ravens, top cornerback Jimmy Smith and starting left guard Alex Lewis are both out. Running back Buck Allen, inside linebacker Lamar Louis, offensive lineman Ryan Jensen, tight end Crockett Gillmore and outside linebacker Za’Darius Smith.
