SEATTLE — The following Eagles are inactive for their game against the Seahawks: Josh Andrews, Terrence Brooks, Dillon Gordon, Aaron Grymes, Taylor Hart, Steven Means and Matt Tobin. That means Zach Ertz and Jordan Matthews, both of whom were questionable to play, will be available.

Nolan Carroll, who suffered a concussion last week in the Eagles’ 24-15 win over the Falcons, is expected to start at cornerback opposite of Leodis McKelvin, who has been battling a hamstring injury. Rookie undrafted free agent C.J. Smith will be active for his second career game, while rookie seventh-round pick Jalen Mills will be the backup outside cornerback.

As for the Seahawks, defensive end Michael Bennett, running back Alex Collins, linebacker Kevin Pierre-Louis, strong safety Tyvis Powell, offensive tackle Bradley Sowell, tight end Nick Vannett and offensive tackle J’Marcus Webb are inactives. Bennett, who was playing extremely well for Seattle before his injury, is the only notable Seahawk who won’t play.
