Matt Tobin signed a two-year contract with the Eagles, ESPN’s Adam Caplan reported. Tobin, who was on a one-year restricted free agent tender, will have his base salary lowered this season.

After logging the fourth-most snaps among Eagles offensive linemen in 2015 (85 percent), Tobin will likely be a reserve this year. According to Pro Football Focus, Tobin allowed eight sacks, 11 quarterback hits and 31 hurries last season, ranking 76th out of 82 guards in pass blocking efficiency.

Tobin, who plays both guard and tackle, signed with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent in 2013.
