Mark Your Calendar: Be Well Philly Cross-Training Run with Unite Fitness and Philadelphia Runner

Guys!! I’m so incredibly excited to announce that we’re teaming up with the fab folks at Unite Fitness and Philadelphia Runner for a super awesome (and FREE!) cross-training run on September 19th. So bust out your red pen, find a high lighter, and put a big, bold circle around three Thursdays from now—because, yes, you’re now officially booked.

What, exactly, is a cross-training run, you ask? It’s sort of a run-meets-boot-camp workout, during which we’ll run as a group from location to location around the city, stopping to do some burpees at the Art Museum, for example, or push-ups in Rittenhouse. All while having an absolute blast, of course.

Our run will leave from Unite Fitness (105 South 12th Street) at 6 p.m. on Thursday, September 19th and last about an hour. We’ll stop at undisclosed locations around Center City (mwahahaha) and end at Agno Grill (2104 Chestnut Street) around 7 p.m. Then, we’ll hang out at Agno for a bit—they’re kindly giving our runners a discount on food!—and hand out some fun Be Well Philly swag and raffle prizes. Plus, we’ll have free copies of our brand spanking new Be Well Philly print issue for you bring home. So this is your chance to get sweaty with fellow Be Wellers and meet yours truly!
