Imagine all the innards of a great hoagie the meat, the cheese, the vegetables chopped into minuscule bits, mixed with oil and mayo, and served in a bowl with hunks of bread to dip in it. It’s the second-best thing to bring to a friend’s house to eat while watching the game (the first, of course, always being beer). And no one does it better than the Collegeville Italian Deli.
