Farm-to-table has become something of a cliché, with owners everywhere attaching the buzzy ethos to their restaurants. But Cadence keeps the philosophy from turning farcical with inventiveness and fresh energy – and also Amish-grown greens, pasture-raised Pennsylvania meats, and seasonal fruits, the latter of which are expertly deployed in chef/co-owner Samantha Kincaid’s desserts.
